Today we went through Creep, Purple Haze, Dani California and Santeria.
We had been practicing Creep the previous week and now with the bassist (Ness) Drummer (Jake) 2 vocalists ( Eloise and Ash) and finally have a new guitar player. We went through this song 4 times as it was quite a simple song. We worked on timing and ensured we were playing the correct stuff
Next we went on to playing to Santeria, which is one of our most recent choices of song. I worked on making the bass sound groovy and that was partnered by the guitarist and the drummer along with vocalists
After That we then moved onto Dani California which is a song by Red Hot Chili Peppers, another new song. I worked on remembering the correct length that the verses would last to ensure I wouldn’t accidentally move to the chorus to early. We went through that a couple of times
Lastly, we went through Purple Haze a few times to get the hang of it, we are going to practice it more tomorrow when we have enough time
